January 29, 2026 (Thursday), will be the first time the event will be hosted by Humanitude Promotion Headquarters
We held an online "Case Study Session to Learn from Advanced Facilities."
Even if staff receive Humanitude training,it is difficult to fully instill it in their daily work...
Regarding the issues that many facilities face, the survey of participants revealed that Humanitude has
"The residents' reactions have improved" "The atmosphere at work has improved"
While many people have experienced the effects,
"There is a tendency for speed to be the focus of care, leaving no room for Humanitude."
We received many inquiries about this.
So, this time, we will be looking at two facilities that are implementing cutting-edge initiatives, with the theme of "How to create an organization that establishes Humanitude."
Mr. Hayade, Vice President of Social Welfare Corporation Heiseikai
Nishioi Kohoen Care Home, Mr. Tanaka
were invited to give presentations on case studies from their respective organizations.
Mr. Hayade spoke about the changes that have been brought about by introducing Humanitude.
The presentation was easy to understand using slides from the perspectives of users, staff, and management.
Mr. Tanaka also spoke warmly and passionately about the spirit of Humanitude and the importance of daily practice, based on his actual experience in the field, and with a philosophical perspective.
The speech concluded with a powerful message that, through Humanitude, we will work together to support our users so that they can live independent lives and create facilities that will provide a bright future for them in their old age.
Participants also commented, "I was greatly encouraged by what the two speakers said," and "I want to continue working on Humanitude in a fun way, rather than as an obligation." This event was a valuable opportunity to reaffirm the significance of practicing Humanitude throughout the organization, and to realize that there are "friends" who are also working on Humanitude.
We will continue to provide useful information about Humanitude and strive to provide a space where we can deepen our learning together.
